I thoroughly enjoyed working as a self-directed individual, organising and planning different shoots and targeting demographics alongside my colleagues in the marketing department.<\/p>\n<p>I was involved in multiple aspects of video marketing for the university, and was invited to join the marketing department&#8217;s videographer on many shoots and projects. My inclusion in marketing meetings, video discussions and branding awareness groups, enhanced my understanding of corporate video marketing.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, a campaign which assisted the filming and editing of, was nominated for that year&#8217;s HEIST award.<\/p>\n<p>Towards the end of my contract at the university, I was involved in discussions surrounding the prospect of continuing to work for them. Because of the high quality of video content I&#8217;d produced for CCCU, I was offered an extension of my contract, with the opportunity to produce exciting videos for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, alongside the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing.
